Crystal joined Morello Law Group in 2025 as a File Clerk, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in customer service and administrative support. Organized and detail-oriented, she plays a key role in keeping case files and office operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

In addition to her role at MLG, Crystal is active in her children’s school community, serving on the Parent Teacher Organization board where she coordinates events and supports staff and families. She also brings years of hospitality experience, which sharpened her customer service skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Crystal studied Psychology at Schoolcraft College in Livonia and Business at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and pets, volunteering with rescue animals, and creating balloon decorations. She also loves all things organization both at home and work.
