Morello Law Group – New Ways to Serve Your Legal Needs
Post Category/s: Firm News

Jun 9, 2020

The COVID-19 Pandemic has been difficult for us all. However, it also provided us at Morello Law Group an opportunity to focus on improving the ways in which we serve our clients so that we may continue to meet your legal needs.

We evaluated what was working well, and what could be improved. We increased our technological capabilities to be able to handle the vast majority of your legal matters, completely remotely. We modified our standard procedures to place a paramount focus on creating unique, client-specific plans to address your important legal matters. No matter the circumstances, we continue to be here for you.

Client Meetings – Reimagined

We understand your concerns regarding the safety of in-person meetings, and that these concerns may continue for some time. That is why we have increased our capabilities and modified our processes in order to provide our legal services remotely.

• We have equipped all our personnel with technology so that we can continue to be able to serve you during these difficult times.
• All e-mails and phone calls will be immediately directed to your intended recipient, whether or not he or she is physically present in our offices.
• We have installed video conferencing technology to allow our attorneys to continue to have “face-to-face” client meetings, securely and from the safety of our own homes or offices.
• Recent Executive Orders also currently allow us to remotely notarize and witness legal documents so that we can complete your legal matters, from start to finish, 100% remotely if you so desire.

For those of you who prefer in-person meetings, our offices will re-open as soon as it is permitted. Regardless of when this occurs, we will be implementing strict cleaning, capacity, and distancing measures for our meetings until further notice.

Planning is More Important Than Ever

Now more than ever the importance of your legal affairs, and estate planning in particular, cannot be overstated. And while many aspects of our daily lives may be on hold for the moment, your important legal matters should not be one of them.

  • One of the major advantages of proper estate, business, and other legal planning is to make sure that your affairs are handled pursuant to your express wishes and outside of the court system.
  • The court system may be temporarily unavailable or may experience significantly longer wait times as they begin the process of returning to normal operation, making it more important to have your affairs in order.
  • We welcome the opportunity to discuss your planning in more detail or review any planning that you currently have in place for potential improvements. This way we can help ensure that you and your family are covered for whatever may happen, without having to step foot in a courtroom.

Legal Services Tailored to Fit Your Needs

Every client’s legal matters and individual circumstances are different. We work with every client to develop a plan that works best for them.

  • Communication is the key, and we will keep you informed on all aspects of your legal matters using your preferred method of communication.
  • We will arrange meetings, in person (when available) or remotely, at your preference and around your schedule.
  • We will accommodate document exchange, signing appointments, and/or any other aspect of your legal matter from start to finish, in a manner that works best for you, whatever your circumstances may be.

Don’t put these matters off any longer! Please contact our office for a complimentary consultation to discuss what we can do to assist you with your legal affairs.

Stay safe, be well, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
