Carrie A. Varady brings over fourteen years of experience in the legal field, specializing in customer service, billing, and assisting with compliance and filings for state and federal requirements. Her expertise spans drafting, reviewing, and filing documents related to federal and local government compliance, including Michigan Liquor Control Commission filings, UCC filings, real estate, estate planning, and state entity formation and management.

With a Master’s in Career and Technical Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Education, she blends her teaching background with her passion for client service. After nearly a decade teaching business courses, Carrie transitioned to a professional office environment where she enjoys working closely with clients and attorneys.
