Ms. Becraft is a graduate of the University of Toledo, (A.A.S. and B.A.S. in Paralegal Studies with Highest Honors), and the University of Toledo College of Law (J.D.), where she received Book Awards in Contracts I and Conflict of Laws, and served as a Teaching Assistant, Articles Editor on the University of Toledo Law Review Board 53, and as an executive board member of the College of Law’s Business Law Society. Ms. Becraft is also an active member of Soroptimist International, a global non-profit that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment.

Ms. Becraft’s primary areas of practice include: Formation of Business Entities; General Business Transactions; Purchase or Sale of Business Interests; Business & Contract Disputes; Real Estate Litigation; Purchase, Sale, Lease & Development of Real Property; Landlord/Tenant Matters; Estate and Business Planning; Post-Death Administration of Trusts and Estates; and Guardianships/Conservatorships.
