Before Morello Law Group, she held billing roles in the moving and property management industries, where she honed her skills in accuracy, efficiency, and communication. At Morello, Chelsea manages billing with a focus on transparency and precision, using Tabs3 and creative Excel solutions to streamline reporting and enhance data accuracy. Guided by her motto, “My first love is people, and my second is numbers,” she values relationships and clear communication as much as the work itself.

Outside the office, Chelsea enjoys time with her husband, son, and their dog.
